We will work with you to create a delegate friendly website, bespoke to your event. Utilising our knowledge of brand positioning and graphic design capability, you can share your company brand identity and associated messages, outline your agenda, communicate accommodation and travel options and invite participants to register. The password protected system will take secure online payments and delegates will be kept up to date throughout. Quite simply, we’ll take care of the full registration process, with real-time reporting, always acting as an extension of your team and ensuring your delegates enjoy a seamless online registration experience.
When we are on site with you our role is simply to take care of the detail. We liaise with the venue, production crew and contractors, host your registration desk and greet your delegates. We co-ordinate with your speakers and support your exhibitors. From set up to de-rig and everything in-between we work alongside you with the sole purpose of making your event a great success. Nothing is too large or too small to warrant our attention and when the unexpected does happen, our team will shine through to find a solution.
Accommodation and Travel
Our event team can take care of all your accommodation requirements. Our unrivalled knowledge and relationship with venues throughout the UK and beyond enables us to negotiate the very best rates. We will co-ordinate rooming lists and all last-minute changes on your behalf. Our experienced team will manage your travel logistics, anything from individual transfers to complex delegate transport arrangements.
